Hyatt Regency- Project Spotlight
The Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati, OH was originally built in 1984. PE-Services and mbi | k2m Architecture Inc. took on a renovation of this building in Spring of 2012.
The new Hyatt will have a more modern design. These modern design includes updates to the lobby, restaurant, majority of public space and all guest rooms. In the lobby, a new "blacklit, sculptural wall behind the reception desk", with new porcelain tile, and new modern decor helped revamp this hotel. The restaurant is being given a more "industrial flair" inspired by "the history of brewing in Cincinnati."
This renovation is scheduled to be completed by summer of 2013.

Wallgreens "Well Experience"
One of the new trends in retail design right now is redesigning and branding. This is due to the downfall in the consumer market. Walgreens is one of the companies redesigning stores, in a project called the "Well Experience." Gregory Wasson, Walgreens chief executive, said their goal is to start bluring the lines between different retail channels. For example, in some of these stores fresh food such as a sushi bar is being added.
PE-Services is excited to be working on these unique Walgreens stores.

Four Winds Casino in the News!
 We love when our clients and projects we work on are in the news. We worked on the Four Winds Casino expansion in New Buffalo, MI with Hnedak Bobo Group. Casino Enterprise Management talks about the casino and hotel's unique and sleek design. The designer says his favorite element about the entire addition is the large guitar element that directs customers into the new Hard Rock Cafe. Hurricane Sandy's Impact
We are thinking and praying for all those affected by Super Storm Sandy. Sandy affected family, neighborhoods, cities, and businesses. Atlantic City and the entire Jersey coast was hit hard. The casino industry has taken a major hit as well. We know many of our clients have been affected even if they were not in the direct path of the storm.
